New Materialism/Post-human Ontologies

Issues surrounding new materialism/post-human thought has been finding its way into my research. It seems to coalesce with the work of Karen Barad, whose work I have been thinking through for some time. Barad's intra-action as it may relate to artmaking is of particular interest. This book features interviews with several scholars working with and through ideas surrounding embodiment, materiality, and subject/object issues. 

For my purposes this book opens new possibilities in the discussion of how new materialism scholarship combined with Barad's idea of intra-action can provide new insights and perhaps even new frameworks through which to view artmaking.
